GeoCPU is a plugin that imitates the CPU plugin for SharpE which was also the inspiration for the Cloud9ine's quickcpu. It shows the current cpu load and you can change a couple of different settings. It shows the current CPU usage as a small bar, and optionally as text. The last version was 1.0.2 released 18-Apr-2002 and you may download it here
It was distributed with the 4.11 final release.
This plugin has been essentially replaced by GeoStatPlus
