GeoGripper is an outdated plugin – if you have come here looking for information about the gripper of a geobar, you are in the wrong place. Grippers are like the "command center" for each geobar – more information can be obtained from the Gripper page of the documentation.

The deprecated GeoGripper was a plugin which duplicated the look of the gripper anywhere on the plugin. It has been replaced by a new skinnable GeoSep.

The major reason for using this plugin is if you do not use skins, and want to have a gripper on both ends of a bar, since the gripper styles are hard coded, this lets you duplicate the gripper style in another place on the bar. On skinned bars, this plugin is particularly useless.
