The GeoLabel plugin allows you to put text on a GeoBar. Registry keys can be found at HKCU\Software\Geo\GeoShell\Plugins\GeoLabelX_Y.

The Font property needs to be in the format of 'font,size' e.g. Tahoma,14

The String property contains whatever you want the GeoLabel to display. Simple!

The Style property can either be standard, or inset.
